We have centralized cutting departmant working under the supervision of skilled unit manager. The measurement is checked by concerned Export Executive and QA Inspector prior to bulk production.
Noor Fatima capable to converting 28 million meters fabric into made ups annually.

We have the extensive facilities that ensure the skill levels in production. Two stitching unit comprises 750 different stitching machines, one unit in Faisalabad city having more than 400 different machines and another unit in Khurrianwala having more than 350 different machines, that are introducing new and novel stitching techniques that comply the cherishes by translating the dreams of the customers. Before bulk stitching the QA inspector confirm the specifications as stated on stitching orders/quality manual. Each and every piece is checked on table by our trained table checkers only fault free pieces move to the next stage. We maintain record of table checking for each & every piece.
